Publisher Description
Biorhythm -
Check your biorhythm and stay in tune with your body.
This app calculates your personal biorhythm based on your date of birth and helps you use it as a daily guide for your lifestyle.
What is Biorhythm?
Biorhythms are made up of three cycles: Physical (23 days), Emotional (28 days), and Intellectual (33 days). These cycles begin at birth and continuously rise and fall, reaching peaks and troughs along the way.
The days when a cycle switches from high to low (or low to high) are called “Critical Days.” On these days, your mind and body may be unstable, making you more prone to mistakes or accidents. If all three cycles fall on a critical day, it’s best to take extra care, stick to light tasks, or simply rest.
